LS close the regular season with W!

Pada pertandingan sebelumnya hari itu [22/5], Silverbacks berhasil menang atas ITS Seaborg, yg membuat mereka berada di seed 2 sementara. Lalu kemenangan harus didapat oleh LS pada week 10 jika ingin berada di seed 2 dimana yg akan memberikan bye week pada minggu selanjutnya. Pada defense, D-front tampil tanpa diperkuat rookie DT Kefas BB, lalu offense hanya menyisahkan 1 WR murni, rookie WR Diaz Wildansyah saja.

1st Half.

      Offense tampil tak begitu apik. Cenderung jelek. Slow start yg terlihat sebagai kebiasaan buruk tim ini, Lobster Spartan. Bad snap pertama kali dalam season ini oleh C Hermawan Pray setelah 93x pass snap tanpa bad snap di awal2 half pertama. Beberapa kali underthrow pass dari 3rd string QB Hasbi Azhar yg kembali menjadi starter; 3rd of the season. Lalu rookie G Reno Ramadhan yg rupanya tak begitu nyaman pada pass protection, allowing some pressure to the quarterback. 2 drive awal, berakhir INTs.

      Defense sempat berhasil menahan Offense Airlangga Knights. OLB Lucky Nahar mendapat sack nomor 16 nya. OLB Farhan Rafis juga mendapat sack nomor 4 nya; season high. Namun, Knights berhasil mencetak TD setelah Ardha75 yg berposisi safety saat itu dan 2nd-year corner, Nanda Herlangga tidak mampu mengejar WR dari Airlangga Knights. Touchdown. 6-nothing. Pada PAT, Knights gagal menambah poin setelah Ardha75 berhasil melakukan pass defend.

2nd Half. 

      Mulai panas, LS offense yg memulai half kedua setidaknya harus segera mencetak angka untuk mengamankan peluang menang pada game tersebut. Rookie G Reno tampil lebih baik dibandingkan dengan half pertama. Whalewan dan G Ryan Dharma di posisi tengah-kanan juga mulai solid. Habek connected to Tigo SH yg kembali bermain offense for 11 yards gain. 2 yards from redzone. 4th down. Bayu berhasil mendapatkan 1st down untuk LS. Namun sayang, holding penalty memaksa LS keluar dari red area, 2 consecutive pass incomplete sent the offense out of the field.

      Aktifnya OLB Rahadian Aryo memberikan variasi tersendiri bagi defense LS. He deflagged Knight's player immadietly after attempt for 1st down on 3rd down. Good pressure up front makes impact, incomplete pass on 4th down. Turnover on down.

      3 minutes left. 1 minute before 2 minute warning. 2 incomplete pass di 2 percobaan awal membuat situasi semakin genting. 'Beruntung' kata itu sedikitnya cocok untuk menggambarkan holding penalty pada 3rd down yg dilakukan oleh DL dari Airlangga Knights. 10 yards forward plus automatic first down. 2 plays later, Habek connected with Ardha75 in the endzone! Touchdown! Sayangnya, PAT harus gagal. Game tied, 6-6.

      Defense enter the field with turnover opportunity on their mindset. Unair products, Lucky & Fito, that duo strikes again. 2 consecutive sacks. Plus incomplete pass on 3rd down. The others Unair product, Nanda Herlangga had one of great INTs of the season! sent that Offense back to sideline.

      Offense kembali masuk. One play at a time. One play touchdown. Play action on Bayu, Habek sent the deep ball to Ardha75. Complete. Touchdown! 12 - 6. On PAT Tigo catch the high-pass-ball and successfull landing with 2 feet just near the sideline. PAT is good. 13 - 6.

      The Knights offense masuk dengan beberapa detik sisa. Berhasil maju sekaligus menghentikan waktu setelah out of bounds di beberapa play awal, Knights tak memiliki pilihan lain selain passing the ball. Kind of deep ball. But way overthrow on 3rd down, get picked by S Tigo SH. INT number 4 of the season; tied for LS record for most INTs in a single season. That INT close the game.
